Shreya Ghoshal is born in a Bengali Brahmin family. She is only 40 years old, who took birth on 12 March 1984. Her upbringing is done in kota, rajasthan. Parents of shreya are bishwajit ghoshal and sarmistha ghoshal. Her father works as an electrical engineer and mother is an English literature postgraduate. Her younger brother Soumyadeep Ghoshal is also a musician. She completed her 8th standard from atomic energy central school.in 1997 she was shifted to mumbai.
